Vaillant offers siting flexibility
Vaillant is offering installers added flexibility with ecoFIT pure, a new generation of boilers that provides varied siting options and ease of installation.
With a choice of rear and top flue options and a compact, cupboard-fit footprint, the boiler offers maximum output, while its flexibility in siting opens up opportunities. It also has a standard DIN layout and a built-in filling loop to reduce the labour time needed for boiler replacement.
In addition, the boiler features a high-quality, lightweight aluminium heat exchanger, which supports a more convenient installation and easy maintenance. The design of the heat exchanger also includes large water channels to reduce the risk of blockages; four-sided cooling to ease stress on the heat exchanger, increasing its life span; and sand casting to deliver better corrosion resistance.
The boiler also incorporates a clear LED display to make installation and use in dimly lit areas even easier. Removable side panels and recognisable Vaillant fault codes have also been incorporated, to assist with efficiency of maintenance. To support the installation further, the new Vaillant Advance app offers members a fault code finder for easy diagnosis of common faults.
The boiler is compatible with Vaillant’s accessories and controls, including the vSMART intelligent control and mobile app, which allows homeowners to control their home heating and hot water. The control, which can be managed remotely through the vSMART app, can store multiple heating profiles, has inbuilt weather compensation technology which adapts energy usage to outside conditions, and can adapt to users’ living habits. Efficiency is at the forefront of the design, and vSMART ensures only the minimum energy is ever used to reach the desired temperature.
The ecoFIT pure is available as a combination, system and open-vent boiler across a range of outputs.
